WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
Thank you for considering our company for your shipping needs. We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient shipping services inside Lebanon. We offer standard shipping within Lebanon for all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within the country, but most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Our domestic shipping policy is as follows:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
COD payment (cash on Delivery) is only acceptable for orders inside Lebanon. All orders inside Lebanon are handled in US Dollars according to the price mentioned below the items in USD. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS POLICY?
In Store exchange Policy are Free of charge. Check Vendor address or contact us
for more assistance. Vendor name is mentioned under each product.
Online exchange policy is subject to delivery charges.
Both In-store and Online exchange are subject to our terms and conditions, our
customer service team is ready to answer all your questions.
No refund is possible on any sold items.
Terms and Conditions:
We accept exchanges for any reason, as long as the garment is still in the box/ pack/
label. Exchange is possible within 14 days starting from invoice date (baring original invoice) for in store sales,
14 days from delivery date for online sales and 3 days only during sales period.
Items and Garments that have been tried and tested can be subject
to exchange.
Underwear can not be Exchange or Returned.
Any item that has been worn or washed or used will not be accepted for exchange. Similarly, items that have been
resized or retouched will not be considered for exchange.
No return/ refund is possible on any sold items.
We reserve the right to check all returns before a decision is made.

Returns on Christmas Gifts:
Since Christmas gifts are often purchased well in advance,
any item purchased as a Christmas gift (in October, November, or December) may be returned
AFTER Christmas for EXCHANGE ONLY within fourteen (14) days.
As with any other return, authorization must be obtained within 14 days after the Christmas holiday.
All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition.
Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt until you are satisfied
with your purchase.
Garments that have been worn or items that have been used will not be accepted for exchange.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase
